Educational Purpose; Not Medical Advice

All content on the Site, including The Healthspan Framework, the Healthspan Capacity Model, and the Healthspan Capacity Assessment, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or health regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this Site. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Coaching Services

Health and wellness coaching offered by Fox Certified Coach is an educational, client-driven process that supports lifestyle change. Coaching services are provided under a separate written coaching agreement, which governs scheduling, fees, cancellation, and confidentiality. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement controls for coaching services.

No Guaranteed Results

Individual results from coaching and from applying any information on this Site vary and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors unique to each person, including health status, effort, and consistency.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the names The Healthspan Framework, the Healthspan Capacity Model, and the Healthspan Capacity Assessment, are the property of Fox Certified Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
